Resources

When you are struggling with everyday life, it can be hard to find the help you need.  To help you whilst you are waiting for, or thinking about whether counselling is the right thing for you, I have put together a few resources you may find useful.  If there is anything else that you are searching for, please let me know.

Feeling unable to cope, worried you may hurt yourself or somebody else and/or experiencing suicidal thoughts

For immediate help

  • If your life – or someone else’s life – is in immediate danger, please call 999 or go to A&E.

For same or next day help

  • Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option or call the Samaritans on 116 123 (both available 24/7).
