We live in a complex world of rapid technological and social change. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can take time to explore your thoughts and emotions, a place to understand your role in the world.
I work with a range of emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, redundancy and trauma along with many other life challenges. There is no upper age limit and I welcome enquiries from older adults.
Whether you're facing a specific difficulty or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you. Sessions are available in person and online.
Coaching
At JtkCounselling, I can also offer coaching. Coaching may be the right option for you if you are looking to make some changes to your life and you are ready to set your goals. Helping you to keep motivated and make positive changes to your life, I can support you whether you are thinking about your career, your relationships or your lifestyle.

About me
Hi, I am Jacqui. I am a qualified counsellor, and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a humanistic counsellor and use learning from a range of disciplines including the Person-Centred approach, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt to support you. All this means is that there are many ways in which I can be with you whilst you work through your challenges.
I am also an EMCC coach practitioner and have worked to support behaviour change for many years, drawing on techniques such as motivational interviewing.
